It was not possible to roll out 30x30, barely 20 by 20 cm worked. As a result, the filling is thick, the same with flakes and raisins. And the filling turned out to be watery, added more semolina. I took warm oil, orange confiture. I was very upset that it did not work out. Now a roll is being baked, but for 40 minutes already. I had to put it on convection, because I stood pale and unhappy.
