Ingredients

Baking flour, 1st grade 190 g + for dusting
Water 170 ml
Salt 0.5 tsp
Sugar 1.5 tsp.
Olive oil 1 1/2 tbsp. l.
Fast acting yeast 1 tsp

Cooking method

  • Here's a slightly tweaked recipe:
  • After the formation of the baguettes, I left them to separate a little more under the towel. For 15-20 minutes, they then have better porosity after baking. The crust was medium.

  • Otherwise, everything is according to the recipe from the book, but I did not add anything inside, but only before planting I anointed with a beaten egg and sprinkled with all sorts of grains.

  • The beauty of the recipe is that you can fearlessly make it saltier or sweeter, throw anything in there and, due to the neutrality of the main taste, get a play of flavor shades due to additives.

I defend Mulechka a little, although, to admit, it is sometimes unnerving.
The baguettes in it turn out to be very decent, a kind of delicacy, which is not much and which is expected. They eat quickly and do not have time to get bored. The filling, again, can be pushed into each one differently while forming.
In the recipe book, we have tweaked the programs and proportions, but if you watch the kolobok, you can tweak it along the way. I think that this is not true in one Mulk, but in general in most of any kitchen robots. And there is no special fuss with them. Well, a maximum of 10 minutes for molding and our golden key. And if they are small to someone, then who canceled making the dough more and cynically baking them in the oven? :-)
The quality of the photos, unfortunately, is not so hot, because the little kid did not want to get away with it during the shooting. But she wanted to hamster bread. -)
The taste is neutral, the baguettes are good and so slit, and with a drink, and with sausage or cheese, and with jam ... universal, in general. :-)
