You mean mustard from a jar in the form of a paste, not grains?
marishka
Bun! I'll take a picture of the jar right now and send it in. The bread really turned out awesome. Just keep track of the amount of flour (so that the bun is normal) and the amount of mustard (so as not to burn yourself).

Mustard like this!

you can try to dilute a little dry mustard with boiling water until you get a gruel and mix it with honey ??? And what bow? fresh cut or dry?
marishka
It's actually an idea about mustard powder. Just use less. I think you can also use French with grains, it is not very spicy. I put the onion raw (while cutting it finely). And I also want to say, watch the process so that the dough does not turn out to be liquid.

The bread is really delicious.

And how to adapt this recipe intended for LG to Panasonic HP?
Andreevna
Start with yeast, flour, etc., that is, first dry, then liquid. Basic program 4 hours, size M. And pay attention to the cup size, in the recipe it is equal to 230 ml.
kuliko
Baked in Panasonic 255. Translated flour into grams. According to the recipe, there were 3 cups of 230 ml. It turned out 340g, but it turned out to be watery. Empirically, I added a kolobok to the "beauty" and I got flour 430 g (by weight)

Will yeast be too much? Indeed, for example, in Panasonic, for size M (500-600 gr.) In the "Main" (NOT accelerated) mode, they usually give 1 tsp, and not 2.5 tsp. Or is it still about the "quick bake" mode, or is it the size L (then it's still not 2 tsp, but 1.5 tsp of yeast)? Who made this bread in Panasonic, share your advice, please.

Last night I put some bread according to this recipe to please myself in the morning. I made a medium bun, and so even with such an amount of yeast, it did not rise much, inside it was not knocked down, quite fluffy, but it did not rise so much ... I did not find sweet mustard and put the usual baltimore, only 1 spoon, mustard taste not at all. As a result, we got the usual taste of bread, not very risen and with a not very beautiful cap on top) I must also say that I do not eat onions, so I did without this ingredient at all

Or is it still about the "quick bake" mode
I do not recommend using the "quick bake" mode, as the time is short. Better to use "main".

I read the yeast, but I don’t remember exactly how. Initially, for some reason, this recipe was offered for accelerated baking, but I baked in the main mode. The mustard is really not particularly felt, but I put more onion, somewhere half-onion. But I liked the bread all the same.

The bread is super !!!!!
I added two and a half times more mustard - it turned out just right. True, my mustard is Romanian dulce. Next time I'll try Polish

I baked this bread on Sunday. She took all the ingredients according to the recipe, only added 1 more spoonful of panifarin and added 2 more tablespoons of flour during kneading. The bread turned out to be very tall and fluffy. And I liked the taste: onion and salty ...
I had the usual Russian mustard. It is quite spicy, added 1.5 tbsp. l. After baking, I did not feel any special spice.
I brought it to work - they ate everything in one day!

Today I baked this bread. I put 800 ml of flour, 1.75 tsp yeast, 180 ml of kefir starter culture, and up to 340 ml of water. The bread looks excellent, it went up well. Didn't taste it while cooling down.

Marishka, thanks for the recipe! Today I baked, though I added a little bit of gag, and this is what happened:
Water + bouillon cube ("beef on the bone") - 230 ml.
Wheat flour-470 gr.
Butter cut into pieces-40 gr.
Powdered milk-1 tbsp. l.
Yeast-2.5 tsp
Granular mustard-25 gr.
I decided not to put the onion, for some reason it seemed to me that the mustard would interrupt it anyway (IMHO). And I decided to take more mustard, about 1.5 tbsp. l. (maybe a little more), specially weighed on the scales in order to know for the future whether to lay more or less. The bread turned out to be pretty, with an unusually ruddy crust and an amazing aroma ... No matter how the neighbors came running ... Very beautiful in the cut, interspersed with mustard seeds, and the daughter said delicious (except for her, no one has tried it yet, everything is at work). Thanks again!
Nadiy
Marishka, please tell me on what mode this bread is baked on my stove. I have 900g.
Basic 3.00
French 3.50
Whole flour 3.40
Sweet bread 2.55
Nadiy
Marishka, thank you very much for the reset. Before doing, I read the entire post. When I first saw the recipe, it became dumb. A combination of broth, honey and mustard ... But it turned out to be very tasty. Only sweet for me. And about yeast, the question also arose, isn't it a lot? But I was afraid to put less. And it gives off a little with yeast. Instead of butter, I put sunflower oil and baked it in the French mode, because you never answered my question. Can you tell me why you need so much yeast?
Luysia
Nadiy, I have not baked such bread yet, but if you allow me a few notes on this matter.

This is a recipe from the instructions for the LG HB 205 CJ bread maker. There recommend Fast mode to this recipe. Therefore, such a large amount of yeast.
I think that for the Normal mode, the quantity of yeast can be reduced.

As for the sweetness of the bread, many of the breads I made from this instruction turned out to be good, but sweetish. I just for myself made changes in the amount of sugar.

And yet, in the instructions, this bread is called "Honey mustard bread for tea".
Maybe sweetness is justified here.
But how do onions and bouillon cube relate to tea ???

In short, I decided that I needed to bake myself, and not be clever ...
Nadiy
Luysia, try it. The bread is delicious. In my stove 700 and 900 g. So here it is in height with the parameters of 700th it turns out for all 900 from the bucket the top sticks out. I really added, as it is written above 1 st. l. panifarin. and baked in French mode. I don't know if you reduce the amount of yeast to make it so fluffy. Now I'm baking another one, I decided to reduce it by 1 tbsp. l honey and forgot to put onions. Let's see what happens.
It tastes like a mustard loaf of Soviet times
Luysia
I will definitely try, especially since this is a "native" recipe for my HP.
But I will use the Basic mode and reduce the amount of yeast.

But I don't have a panifarin yet, my son won't find time to go to the Bakery House in Kiev.

Then I'll show you what happened.

Today I baked this bread with live yeast:

Mustard honey bread in a bread maker

Mustard put 2 tbsp. l. (I have granular mustard), added an onion chopped in a blender (the size of a good tangerine), took mustard oil (30 gr.), liquid milk half and half with water ...
Marishka
Thank you very much for the recipe, it's not the first time I've baked, I really like homemade bread!
isin
Today I baked this bread, very tasty and really a little sweet, but this is exactly what I wanted today.

Sorry to interfere. But why a bouillon cube? What if you take a regular broth? In principle, I am against taste improvers, and the cube is all natural E

Marishka! Thank you for the recipe. The bread is tall and tasty. The photos are not pretty, but what is tall and lush, I hope you can see it!

Well, in the second photo, the household has already devoured him ...

For 400 grams of flour I took 230 grams of water, the mustard that was lying in the refrigerator (10 grams), but did not put onions.

marishkaThank you for the recipe, so interesting, I like mustard, but I haven't baked with honey and a bouillon cube yet, I'm just going to.
