Bread "Multi-grained"

Wheat flour 300 g (2 h.)
Rye flour 150 g (1 h)
Bran 3 tbsp. l.
7 cereal flakes (which are found on sale) 9 Art. l.
Water 330 ml
Salt 2 tsp
Sugar 1.5 tbsp. l.
Sunflower oil 2 tbsp. l.
Yeast 1.5 tsp.
Poppy (optional) 1 tbsp. l.
Powdered cream (optional) 2 tbsp. l.
Honey (optional) 2 tbsp. l.
Nuts (optional) 2 tsp

Cooking method

  • The bread is 900g;
  • If you want higher bread, add 2 tsp. yeast.
  • Use the Whole Flour Bread or Multi-Flour Bread program.
