Note

I decided to make bread with whole grain buckwheat flour. After several unsuccessful experiments I came up with the following recipe. For those who seek to eat well and not harm the figure - just right. The bread turned out to be very tasty, aromatic, rose well and baked wonderfully. I didn't have time to photograph - in a matter of moments, half of the loaf remained.

Thanks for the recipe! =) The whole family liked the bread =) Despite the fact that I forgot about milk powder and there were no wheat flakes. The bread came out great anyway!

The recipe is simply tempting, but the problem is how many grams are in your cup?

at the end of the recipe it says: a cup of 240 ml, but it would be better if you wrote in grams, so it's safer

here somewhere I came across that 240 ml ~ = 140-145 grams of wheat / rye flour. I can't say about buckwheat.
I didn't understand with cups of water =) I opened the book for my HP and compared it, I realized that the one given was for bread ~ 900 gr. Reduced by 2, found the very first recipe for bread weighing 450 grams, and took 3/4 cup of water =) I have the same glass. Well, I added a drop during the batch. The bread turned out to be quite edible for myself =) you can sometimes bake (I don't like monotony, but this is the kind of bread that can be cooked more =)))

I disagree =), for example, it is more convenient for me this way =)) although you can indicate this way and that, but not everyone knows how many grams where ...

I agree, it is better to indicate both in grams and in cups, then there will be no questions and everyone will measure what is convenient for him

This is a topic for discussing bread recipes, not translating grams and cups.

For this there is another topic, do not break the rules of the forum.

I baked your bread, but with minor amendments: 2 tbsp. l. honey instead of 4, because the bun was not stubbornly formed, added as much as 100 ml. water and 4 tsp. gluten free. The bread turned out to be tasty, aromatic and sweetish ... and this with a decrease in the amount of honey. And here are the pictures:

I didn't measure in grams, so in this case I can't say anything. But in the future I undertake to weigh everything additionally on the scales. Best regards, Dmitry
