Ingredients

Yeast 1.5 tsp. (for quick baking 2.5 tsp)
Wheat flour 500 g
Sugar 1.5 tbsp. l.
Salt 1.5 tsp.
Cottage cheese (not dry, for example Fanny with cream 4%) 200 g
Water 260 ml

Cooking method

  • Put everything into HP. Basic or basic fast mode.
  • The curd was slightly "swollen" Pekla on fast setting. The bread has risen to the height of the bucket, the crumb is soft, not dry.
  • The amount of flour is derived experimentally. Next time I will try to reduce the water and flour to add 200 ml (such bread is very large for my family).

Excellent bread! I used first grade flour and dry loose cottage cheese. Flour went to 100 grams. less, and half a glass more water. Fragrant, tanned, with a delicate moist (but not wet) crumb. Almost does not crumble and does not dry (!).
