Ingredients

Dough:
Wheat flour
(the author had 300 g,
but I added 70 g more,
it turned out to be a very soft dough)
370 g
Salt on the tip of a knife
Sugar 100 g

Filling:
Oil 50 g
Sugar
+1 pack of vanilla sugar
200 g
Nuts

Cooking method

  • Butter + sugar + salt + egg, beat with a mixer, add flour, the dough comes out soft, pleasant.

  • Melt butter in a non-stick saucepan + sugar, stir, bring to a light brown color, pour in milk and add nuts, boil for 3 to 5 minutes.

  • I have a square shape 24x24, laid it out with baking paper, then spread the dough with my fingers, since it is very soft, on top of the filling and again spread the rest of the dough on top with my fingers, the pie looks like "ragged", but it looks cool, here is a photo of the pie.

I found this recipe on another culinary site, I don’t remember which and who the author was, I was afraid to try, and suddenly it wouldn’t work, but I decided, corrected it a little and got a rather tasty and interesting pie, just right for nut lovers.

and baking soda or baking powder is not needed in the dough?

In the original recipe, nothing is written about baking powder or soda, but I think if you put a little bit, it's okay.
