Tkemali sauce 1 bottle

Tarragon (tarragon)

Cooking method

  • Extinguishing mode - 4.5 hours. (time depends on the amount of meat, but it is necessary to stew for a long time, so that as a result the meat itself separates from the bones). You can cook goat meat in the same way. Delicious. Try it !!!
  • It is better to take Tkemali sauce yellow, because red - with dyes. Barberry - dried berries. If there is no sauce available, then it can be successfully replaced with apricot or cherry plum berries (the more sour, the better)

I made such lamb, only instead of barberry I put large and very sweet raisins, and I had homemade tkemali. It turned out just amazingly tasty and tender. True, I don't have Panasonic, but Delfa, but I think this is not important in this recipe
