Ingredients

Pork (as usual, I have nutria) 0.5KG
Wheat flour 1/2 tbsp.
Eggs 2 pcs.
Salt
Pepper
Garlic 3-4 cloves
Butter 2 tbsp. l.
Vinegar 2-3 st. l.
Sugar 2 tbsp. l.
Wheat flour 1 tsp
Water 4 tbsp. l.
A little greenery
Spices of your choice

Cooking method

  • Cut the meat into pieces, about 3x3cm. Marinate for a couple of hours with spices and salt. (I often marinate overnight, adding more soy sauce)
  • Knead a not very thin dough from flour, eggs and spices.
  • Dip the meat into the dough and deep-fry. I check the readiness with a wooden skewer.
  • Put on a napkin or sieve to blot the fat.
  • Sauce:
  • Chop the garlic, fry in butter and remove from heat. Add vinegar, sugar, flour, some herbs, spices and water. Stir, bring to a boil and pour over the meat.
