Liquid milk 260 ml
Flour 400 g

I have no coffee in my Moulinex 3000 booklet. spoons, and teaspoons. I tasted this bread as soon as I brought it from the store. It turned out very well! On a forum I read somewhere about replacing ordinary milk with baked milk. Today I will try and write.

Tested three times on Moulinex 3000. I put it once with a delay - everything is super!

Do you do it yourself? I heard that you can pour boiled milk into a thermos and get baked milk by morning. This is true?

Sooo nice, because this is my (only) third piece of cotton bread. I took baked milk from the store, but you can also try your own:
Milk (the more fat, the better) bring to a boil and
pour into a thermos. The baked milk is ready in 7-8 hours.

I forgot to add that I added 100g. millet flour (+ 300g. usual "Makfa"). To only 400g. came out.
Maybe that's why my husband said that it turned out to be a cupcake or a bun for tea (he is super-perky). Although I did not notice a strong sweetness, the millet flour must be sweetish ...

I also baked it yesterday. The bread is simply amazing, many thanks to the author!
From myself, I can add that I suddenly ran out of butter, so I immediately put in only 20 grams, and I forgot to open a new pack and add the remaining 30 in the process. Therefore, at the last moment, I poured a tablespoon of mustard oil and put in sour cream. And yet, I partially replaced the premium flour for 1 grade and corn flour. Somewhere 70 grams. Thanks to this, the bread became more yellow and did not rise as much as we like.
Baked in the oven. The result is spongy aromatic bread!
I will definitely bake it.
