dough

400 gr flour + 3 tsp. level spoons of baking powder = stir
75 g sugar
1 bag of vanilla sugar
a pinch of salt
200 gr of cottage cheese
100 ml milk
100ml vegetable oil

filling

300 gr cottage cheese
40 g sugar
1 bag of vanilla sugar
50 gr soft butter
30 g potato starch
0.5 teaspoon tablespoons of dry lemon zest
1 egg
50 g raisins

Knead the dough quickly (I kneaded in a food processor with a hook). Divide the finished dough into two parts. Roll each piece into a sausage and cut into 9 pieces. Roll into balls from the pieces, flatten slightly and squeeze out a depression with the bottom of the cup or with your hands. At first I squeezed out the bottom of the cup (pictured), and then did a little more with my hands.

Mix the filling ingredients. Put in a depression on an incomplete dessert spoon.
Place 9 cheesecakes on a baking sheet lined with baking paper (do not put any more cheesecakes! The cheesecakes will grow a lot during baking!).
Bake in a preheated oven at T180 ° (convection 160 ° in two "floors") for about 20 minutes.
