And "convection" is when we turn on the fan in the oven? Am I getting it right?
I once baked on the "convection" mode, my rolls were dry.
I had to save them with a lot of butter. Anointed on top strongly.
Maybe the temperature was high .... And in general. somehow they "dried up".
Although rose before baking well.
Since then I use the fan only to blow a piece of meat or chicken.

Right.

I everything I bake in the "convection" mode. It should only be remembered that the temperature in this mode should be 20 ° lower than in the usual one.
I let the buns stand at T 30 ° (also in the "convection" mode), and then sprinkle them with water and, without taking them out of the oven, turn on T 180 °.
Everything works out great.

Great recipe! What replaces the vegetarian ham in this recipe?
Stern
afnsvjul, I think pumpkin with potatoes and spices will work great!
Boil the potatoes in their skins (or simmer the pumpkin very lightly), cool, cut into strips + seasonings + cheese = you get a specific taste.

At first, I confess, I passed this recipe ...
I watched a program about Germany once, showed what delicacies you sell, sausages - you download and everything is cooked from natural meat, but you won't find a good tasty sausage, what real bacon is, we don't know that is why such a filling made of our "artificial" bacon not very tempting
but after i tried Curd rolls with cheese and ham

Thanks for the recipe !!!! Great dough and delicious filling! Instead of ham, I put baked homemade pork lard into the filling and added green onions, and sprinkled with poppy seeds on top, since there was no sesame - also very tasty. I will do it more than once !!!

Thank you so much for the recipe for "curd rolls with cheese and ham". True, we never had any hams (forgive me, Stеrn), but now I know what to do with the barbecue uneaten since the evening !!!! And so that no one would guess about it !! The husband asked: "and with what are these pies, there is no meat in the house?" Cutting hot, so the cut stuck together. When they cooled down were just class!

Most likely you do not like "Gouda" in its natural form?
Stern
Alexey, I use "Gouda" all the time, but this cheese is always quite decent in quality.
