Caprice cake (Panasonic multicooker)

Ingredients

Biscuit
Wheat flour 1/4 Art.
Sugar 1/2 tbsp.
Salt pinch
Egg 4 things.
Chocolate 50 g
Vanillin 1/2 tsp
Starch 1/4 Art.
Cocoa powder 3 tbsp. l.
Baking powder 1/2 tsp
Cream whisk lightly
Mascarpone 250 g
Nutella 4 tsp

Cooking method

  • Beat the yolks with half the sugar until smooth. Add vanillin and melted chocolate and stir. Beat the whites, gradually adding the remaining sugar. Sift flour, starch, baking powder, cocoa and salt into the yolk mass. Add 1/3 of the proteins and mix gently. Introduce the rest of the proteins.
  • She baked for 45 minutes, checking for readiness with a match. Cool the finished biscuit to make it easier to get it, it leaves the walls by itself.

I wanted something chocolate. I baked a biscuit, made a cream from what was in the fridge and got this "Caprice".
