Barley porridge with onions and carrots in Unit pressure cooker

Today I cooked porridge with carrots and onions. Great, I want to say that in general I have tried porridge with vegetables before, but I have never been able to get such a fragrant one on the stove !!!! True, this morning I discovered that I do not have wheat groats, so I cooked barley.
I did this:
I washed the cereal very thoroughly (it is important that it is not viscous).
Fried carrots and onions in a skimmer on the "Cooking" mode for several minutes, until golden.
I poured a glass of cereal into it, poured 2 glasses of boiling water into it.
She closed the pan, turned on the "Cooking" mode again (rice). After about 10 minutes everything was ready ... let off steam. The porridge was not viscous, it was perfectly cooked, it managed to be saturated with the aroma of roasting. (Next time I will definitely conduct an experiment with wheat groats).
