Consent cake in LandLife pressure cooker

Ingredients

Wheat flour 1 glass (I took garnished)
Condensed milk 400 g
Baking soda 2 g (took 1 tsp)
Egg 2 pieces
Starch 50 g (I took corn)
Cocoa powder 2 tbsp. l. (I did not take)
Cream:
Butter 200 g
Condensed milk 400 g

Cooking method

  • Do not judge strictly, it does not look very good, but my husband said that it was very tasty, and ate 3 pieces)) I spread it, because the recipe is normal and the cake is very edible))
  • So:
  • For the dough, mix condensed milk, eggs, flour - beat, gradually adding starch, until the volume doubles, add soda at the end of beating.
  • MY ADVICE: first try to beat the eggs themselves, and then add condensed milk and gradually add the rest, I sifted the flour.
  • My mass has not increased 2 times (probably 1.5) - I think due to the fact that I beat the eggs together with condensed milk.
  • I didn't add cocoa because I wanted a light base.
  • In the original recipe, it is advised to divide into 2 parts and add cocoa to one, I did not do that.
  • Then I put everything in the pressure cooker 2 times for the Porridge program. Grease a saucepan with margarine before placing the dough into it.
  • It turned out to be a good biscuit or cake. When I cut it into 2 plump cakes, it was rather dry, and therefore I diluted instant coffee in a small amount of water and soaked the cakes. I whipped up the cream - I had condensed milk with cocoa (main product) and 200 grams of butter. I smeared the cakes with plenty of cream (it turned out 2 pieces) and left to soak. If a not very large biscuit came out, you can use less butter, 50 grams.

Mueslik
lira70 , probably it turned out great - the dog has such admiring eyes!
And I also wanted to ask, how is your impression of the pressure cooker? After all, you have almost the same as mine?

so CAKE "CONSENT"
for the test:
wheat flour 1 glass (I took garnished)
condensed milk 400 g,
baking soda 2 g (took tsp)

starch 50 g (I took corn)
cocoa powder 2 tbsp. l (I did not take)

Then I put everything in the pressure cooker 2 times for the KASH program
It turned out to be a good biscuit or cake ... when I cut it into 2 plump cake layers, it was rather dry and therefore I diluted instant coffee in a small amount of water and boiled the cake layers. I whipped up the cream - I had condensed milk with cocoa (glavproduct) and 200 grams of butter, beat it up, spread the cakes abundantly with cream (it turned out 2 pieces) and left it to soak. Oils - if a not very large biscuit came out - you can use less oil, about 50 grams.
Grease a saucepan with margarine before placing the dough into it.
The cake is wonderful, the biscuit looks very delicate., Just forgive the question, did not immediately understand what is baked in a pressure cooker or in a slow cooker?

Then I put everything in the pressure cooker 2 times for the KASH program

just pressing the button 2 times? (i.e. will it do 2 loops at once?)

was it covered with a lid?

(before trying, I clarify)
Thank you !
Rina
put the dough into the pressure cooker, close the lid, set the porridge program. At the end of the program (after a beep), start the porridge program again.

Thank you !
as if nothing will happen to the biscuit? i.e. it will not settle))

that's exactly what I press, the second time after cooking, when I'm cooking rubber beef. the most tender comes out))
prubul
Why aren't you baking in Bake mode? Everyone has only porridge in their recipes
Rina
Because in LandLife pressure cookers there is no separate program "Baking"
prubul
Thanks for the answer! what do you think is the temperature regime of the porridge programs. or beef... how measure the temperature?
Why am I interested in my pressure cooker ARS in the baking mode, everything burns mercilessly (according to the recipe for 40 minutes, and in 20 minutes the bottom burned out)
Rina
I suppose that the "porridge" mode is not as thermonuclear as the "beef" mode, because during baking this mode still starts the countdown, but the lid opens easily without a long release of pressure, or even at once. (i.e., the program starts at a relatively low pressure).

By the way, in the old imported (English) book on the pressure cooker, it is written that there are two possible operating pressures.
Elena8
Ira, you write that there is no "baking" mode in Land Life, but I have this mode. Another thing is that the bottom of the baking is burnt. I put baking paper on the bottom of the bowl and reduce the baking time. But pressure cookers are more powerful, so I like baking in a slow cooker, but not in a pressure cooker. Although they write that Land Life is a multicooker-pressure cooker, but it seems to me it's a pressure cooker. I'm happy with her, but only paired with a slow cooker.
Rina
Lena, we were talking about old LandLife models, in which there was no separate "baking" mode (my pressure cooker was bought five or six years ago). Progress does not stand still. Apparently, the new models are equipped with different programs.
Elena8
Ira, I have a new Land Life, bought it in August 2012 and the programs in it are as follows: RICE, SOUP, Porridge, BAKERY, FRYING, STEAM, CHICKEN, BEEF, COLD.
Rina
Eh, I wouldn’t have been boiled with three pressure cookers

And you are not our daughter cuban girls?
Elena8
And how old is KUBANOCHKA? No girl, I'm not her daughter. My mother is a pensioner and is not on friendly terms with a computer. Of course, I'm new to the site, but I've been baking my own bread for a long time, 8 years ago I bought my first LG bread maker, and since then I have "got sick" with kitchen appliances. My last purchase was a BOSCH slicer. My husband and children laugh that I have a new toy.
metel_007
I asked because I saw an abundance of technology, and you are also from Krasnodar Territory
Elena8
Olya, this is not all the technique. I still have email. dryer, el. waffle makers, ice cream maker, smokehouse (small), deep fryer, noodle cutter. But every day I use only multicooker and a bread maker. One multicooker (Panasonic) was taken by a student son to Krasnodar. Yes, and I bought all the equipment before my son entered the university (except for the slicer), and now he has money for his studies.
