How was the baking process:
Load in the evening and timer for the morning.
The morning of the evening is wiser - we sleep well ...
The gingerbread man and everything else was not checked, all the flour was kneaded without residues in the corners
In my opinion, it turned out the most ordinary bread for breakfast.

But I do not agree with you. It's even great to have your favorite recipes for our HP in one place.
I completely agree with you - the novice "baker" himself - there is not enough time for experiments, so I would like to have proven recipes for this particular oven in one place.

svvsvv13 so let's write all the proven recipes here?
I completely agree with you and approve.
For various reasons, for various reasons, I have absolutely no time to think over something, to count the number of ingredients, to adapt recipes from other bread makers to ours.
I would like to have ready-made, proven recipes for this particular oven.
It would be very helpful if users of the 350th stove could upload their favorite recipes here.
And it would be even better if they also commented on them, helped to improve them.

Tonight I'll post a proven charlotte recipe (not mine), very tasty.

waiting for the link!

I tried several times such a recipe from the VM450 book on the rapid mode, that is, quick cooking (such two arrows), bread is a lifesaver, when there is no time to wait 3 hours. According to this recipe, you get not sticky, quite normal bread, maybe a little sweet because of this program.

WHITE RURAL BREAD
The size of the loaf is large (it is not adjustable in this program)

Warm milk 230 ml
Warm water 180 ml
White flour 540 g
Coarse flour (I give - white flour) 150 g
Salt 1 tsp
Sugar 4 tsp
Butter (I use butter margarine generously) 25 g
Dry yeast 4 tsp
If you try, then write your opinion. plizy

Here, baked - thank you - very tasty
Only, I hurried and the milk and butter were cold, so I kept it heated for another 15 minutes (I must try with warm ones).

An interesting crumb of bread turned out
Is the dough heavy, or was the bread cut hot?
You need to check the ratio of ingredients in the dough when kneading.

Yes, I used a measuring glass - I will have to give my wife a good scale on the day of cooking (you need to look for which ones are better)

I baked bread here according to this recipe:

Baking mode - 1, I chose the crust - 3 (you can do less, it is as you like)

* 750 gr.
* Olive oil-1.5 tbsp. l.
* Water-250ml.
* Salt - 1 tsp
* Sugar-3h. l.
* Powdered milk-1.5 tbsp. l. (I didn't have it at the moment, so I didn't put it. By the way, what does milk powder give in baked goods?)
* Flour-455 gr.
* Yeast -1 tsp.
* Fried onions-1 1/2 heads. (In olive oil). ( I fried two large onions, I think that more is possible for an amateur)

Place all ingredients except the onions in the bread pan in the order shown on the instructions for your bread machine. After the signal, add the fried onions (here, since the onions are in oil, I had to get the bun and mix the onion with the dough by hand).
It is also recommended to add fried finely chopped bacon, or a little fried bacon (cracklings)).
I put it directly in the bucket to cool for 15 minutes (so that the shoulder blade remains on the axis when you take out the bread).
I wanted to post photos, but did not have time - the cat was ahead of everyone, the first one tried it (ate the whole crust)
In general, the bread was a success - I recommend it.
All the best.

I also recently made myself a Kenwood present, which makes me happy every day
I constantly bake bread on program 1, the main bread. always works.
today I tried to bake a lemon pie there, it turned out :) in my opinion from the forum a recipe.

lemon pie:
Eggs - 3
Butter - 70 gr
Salt - half a teaspoon
Sugar - 195 gr.
Flour - 320 gr.
Baking powder - 2 and a half teaspoons (I made 2 tsp soda + 0.5 tsp lemon to-you)
Lemon - juice plus zest from one lemon

beat eggs separately with sugar and salt until a thick foam forms
melted the butter, cooled.
cupcake program

Turning on the cupcake program, I suddenly thought that the weight there is designed for 500g, but here it will be more. I never found a way to stop the CAR :) well, I decided to try it all the same, where to go.
in general, everything is baked, baked and browned. next time I will add vanillin + raisins, I think it will be tastier.
