Cottage cheese casserole (Panasonic SR-TMH 18)

Ingredients

Cottage cheese 500 g
Cream 33% 25 ml
Egg 4 things.
Sugar 90 g
Flour 60 g
Raisins, candied fruits taste

Cooking method

  • I bake such a casserole - a very smooth, even surface "with a tear" is obtained for the cut, while being very tender. There is no semolina in the recipe at all, which is why he bribed me. Sometimes I add 100 g of softened butter to add fatness. I knead in a food processor, so I don’t pass the cottage cheese through the meat grinder, it turns out without any lumps.
  • In a food processor, beat the yolks with sugar, add cream, cottage cheese, flour, raisins and candied fruits in turn. Beat the whites separately into a foam, carefully add to the bulk, stirring from bottom to top. Bake in a greased form for approx. 1 hour at 180 ° C
  • To oven in the multicooker - grease the saucepan of the multicooker with oil, put the mass. Baking mode, 65 minutes. Then turn off and do not open the lid for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, get out the casserole, and - bon appetit

Note

I baked for Easter like cottage cheese pasta, the family appreciated it perfectly

In the photo I have a casserole of 670 g of cottage cheese (so much remained from the previous recipe), respectively, and other ingredients are recalculated proportionally.

Milda
Lisss's! Thank you very much for the casserole! I did it in a slow cooker for the first time, I just replaced the cream with sour cream. And first I whipped the proteins in a food processor, laid them out, then cottage cheese and everything else. I baked it for 65 minutes in a mult, then turned it off and didn't open it for 30 minutes. It turned out very tender and tasty!
Lisss's
Milda, Svetochka, to your health! and where is the photo? let's put yours, otherwise, without a picture, the recipe is all alone ..
Milda
Okay, the photo is behind me!

girls, I remembered where I have a photo of this casserole, take:

Milda, but you still have a photo - I wonder what kind of sour cream you get
rusja
So beautiful, just lovely
Did you bake it in the oven? Therefore, in cartoons, everyone succeeds in different ways, basically the top falls off if the power is large, like in DEHs
Lisss's
I used to bake in the oven, but as a cartoon I bought it in a cartoon. pictured casserole from Panasonic 18.

cottage cheese can be ground with a mixer, or you can grind it in a food processor with steel knives. and so, and so - it is good to chop the curd with knives, change the nozzle to a whisk. add cream, sugar, vanillin, yolks and flour, mix at low speed until smooth. add raisins, stir. separately beat the whites into a strong foam, gently stir in (the author recommends with a spoon, I mixed with a mixer at first speed).
Milda
Lyudochka, I'm taking a photo! I could not resist, cut a lukewarm casserole. Super!

I apologize for the extra details in the shot. Something I can not cut as I want.
This is the second casserole. It turned out to be more wet than the first one. This time the cottage cheese was loose, pasty. But look at these holes! And after all, no baking powder, only whipped protein! Luda, thanks again for the recipe, it came in handy for me. The grandson eats cottage cheese only in baked goods.
Lisss's
oh, Svetochka, you can't do that !! I fainted - I have a completely different dish according to the program !! and how she looked at your casserole - what a ruddy beauty! - now I want her !!!

here you are smart, you bake beautifully!
Milda
Lyudochka, there is no merit in that, these are, apparently, genes! And even more so, a successful recipe + a wonderful saucepan!
What's the other dish? A casserole is never superfluous, especially when it ends quickly
Lisss's
Light, so another dish - also with cottage cheese and completely revolutionary, I have never done that .. I'm really interested in what I think will turn out, I'll make half a portion of that, and half a portion - casseroles!
Milda
The new dish is very interesting! Will wait! Good luck!
Lisss's
Svetaaaa .... and you do not like whitewash at home there?
Milda
Lyudochka, both belyashi and pasties ... Only I adore this business, and the rest do not eat categorically, alas.

Svetikand why supporters of healthy eating? Or just don't like it?

Lyudochek, I saw this your recipe for casseroles only thanks to Svetik (Svetulkin, a special thank you for fishing this recipe into the light of God), and why won't you remake it into a new form? Well, so that it is displayed in your profile! Cool recipe !!! We must jump for the curd !!!

Yeah, Innus, supporters.
And I came across a casserole quite by accident. I did not see it on the forum when I was looking for a casserole for CF. I liked that without baking powder and without semolina.
So jump for the curd, because the taste is delicious !!!

Yeah, Innus, supporters.
Oh, and mine would have eaten every day if it was their will ... But you will not spoil me too much, occasionally I spoil you, but I would like to even less often !!!

In the nearest future GOST belyashi according to the recipe Little people, they deprived me of peace and sleep, until I bake it, I'll calm down ...
Lisss's
Kroshik, Innul, so it's an old recipe, it was just a post in a general topic .. the girls moderators pulled out into the light of day, I myself did not know that it lies like a recipe, if not for Sveta but Rina-Irisha, a smart girl, promised me to remake it into a new form, but I myself do not know how, so - soon on the screens

Innusya, you will make whitewash - look at the water, because you see, the girls have a dense dough, and then whatever happens ... but it should be soft-stretching
nimart
Good afternoon, tell me, what is the height of this casserole and the diameter of the saucepan?
has it increased compared to the raw dough in the saucepan?
Lisss's
nimart, diameter 23 cm, but I don't remember the height, probably 8 cm, but this is from an increased portion - 600 g of cottage cheese. the usual size is 6 cm I think. it is yes, it is growing, it increases by 1.5-2 cm from the filled dough ..
Milda
Lyudochka, again I'm with the casserole. I just replaced the flour with corn starch. It turned out much drier. But delicious, no words!

Lisss's
oh, Sveta, what a good casserole! what, the cub eats - you have to bake?
Milda
Well, yes, and not only the little baby loves. Baboutthe little ones came to visit - there were only crumbs
Lisss's
It's good, there is a lot of calcium! ..
hrushka
For this casserole, I even whipped the whites by hand with a whisk! (well, I don’t have a mixer). The result was worth it - soft, juicy, moderately sweet. Lisss's
Keti
And here is my casserole for this recipe. I beat only the whites, mixed in the rest with a spoon. I like it more when the cottage cheese is lumpy. I mixed in a lot of raisins and added 2 drops of orange essence - it gave an interesting taste.

Baked in our high-temperature DEKH-50. She poured the dough up to mark 4, rose to mark 5. And when she pulled it out, it dropped slightly.
But, yummy !!!
Lisss's
girls, hrushka, Keti, thanks for the feedback, I am very glad that the recipe came in handy and liked it !! good health to you and your family !!
fomca
Vkusnooooooooooo !!! I made half a portion in the form of a cake, for testing. I didn't grind the cottage cheese, I love the grains in the finished casserole. Everything in moderation - both sugar and moisture. My little goat ate well ... I did the same ... and even with homemade cream

GLASHKA, very beautiful casserole !! well done keep it up!
rusja
GLASHKA
where did they bake? judging by the shape in the oven, probably, or in the micr?
GLASHKA
Baked in the oven in a muffin pan. My youngest daughter does not eat cottage cheese in any form at all, and she really liked the casserole. Tomorrow he asks to bake more ... Hurray !!!

GLASHKA, Galya, we’re trying to put something useful in them!
Leska
Lisss's , this is for you .
Did it on Sunday. The child, who didn’t have cottage cheese and casseroles, was devouring both cheeks in front of the surprised parents.
Those that were slightly tanned - I put them in the MV bowl without water !, I hung a double boiler on top and the rest of the molds in it. 45 minutes - Baking, 20 minutes - Heating and 1 hour off (the lid has never been opened). I forgot about them while I was spinning with a pie. Result:

Lisss's
Leska, this is yeah !!! you did it very nicely !! thanks for the report!
rusja
Leska,
do they taste different?
For some reason it seems to me that those that were hanging in a double boiler should resemble pudding, because there was no contact with the heating of the bowl

rusja, the taste did not differ much, in the double boiler which were - really tender curd pudding.

So, for a long time I "harnessed" with this casserole, but finally I was honored and now sho came out of this effort (on top of the jelly of quick solidification)

Cottage cheese casserole (Panasonic SR-TMH 18)

In the context of homogeneity, it did not work out, because there was low-fat cottage cheese from the "ferry" (750 g) and very sour, but as a result of the addition of more sugar, raisins and candied fruits, the taste turned out to be a real cheesecake melting in your mouth (or something resembling it )
Cottage cheese casserole (Panasonic SR-TMH 18)

Baking in little Liberton - 75 minutes (it has less power than the big Panasonic), so you can safely bake two cycles of 45 minutes each.
Thank you, Lyudochka, I have long wanted just such a traditional casserole, without baking powder and any delights
Lisss's
Olga, to your health! jelly looks good, interesting you came up with! and the cut is good, the raisin is so appetizing, mmm eat it for health, I'm glad you liked it !!
Dumpling
How I adore cottage cheese casseroles !!! I have known this simple recipe for a long time, I was looking for something new, but as you know, in short, I decided to bake an oven-tested casserole in a slow cooker and was not disappointed! I had 2 extra whites, so there were 4 yolks, and 6 proteins, and everything is according to the recipe. Pekla in Polaris 0508, since there was already an unsuccessful experience with cottage cheese baking in it, in addition to greasing the pan with butter, sprinkled with semolina, nothing stuck! Baking 1h 30min. and 30 minutes did not open the lid after turning off. Polaris has weaker heating, so I adapted to Panasonic's time to add 30-40 minutes. so that everything is baked normally.

Dumpling, very beautiful casserole turned out!

This is my favorite casserole at home, but I make a double portion and no flour !!!! Explain, silly, what is the flour here for?
Lisss's
flour is usually to remove excess liquid, to give structure .. I make according to a recipe, and if it turns out well, then the recipe usually does not change
