Today I took a "tongue" - the cook from the kindergarten told the secret of her casserole, because of which in my nursery group the children are ready to fight.
Pass through a meat grinder 500g. cottage cheese, put 2 tbsp. l. melted plums. butter, beaten 1 egg with 3 tbsp. l. sugar, add 2 tbsp. l. semolina, 0.5 tsp. l salt, vanillin. Mix everything thoroughly.
And it leaves for 1.5-2 hours so that the semolina swells. Raisins do not lay, 80% of children do not eat them. Spread a beaten egg on top.

Oh, what a delicious casserole! I immediately remembered the kindergarten, this was the smell in the garden! And the taste, exactly that taste! The daughter got a small piece, and the adults ate everything, nostalgic for their gardens. Thank you very much from the whole family !!
