Cottage cheese casserole in a multicooker Panasonic

Ingredients

Fat-free cottage cheese 400 g
Sugar 30 g
Eggs 2 pcs.
Semolina 50 g
Raisins 50 g
Baking powder 1.5 tsp.

Cooking method

Mix everything and bake for 40 minutes. I turn it off and take it out after 10 minutes.

Note

And we have been baking a cottage cheese casserole for 1.5 weeks every day, I bake it in the evening, in the morning my husband takes some of it to work for lunch, we finish the rest for breakfast.

The recipe is taken from the website of the good cook (I hope no one will be offended), I altered it a little.

It turned out very tasty, and most importantly quickly. Thanks a lot for the simple recipe!

While lemur is not present, I will try to answer.
Most likely will work for both. But I will try the cooking method for half the portion.

ESmith,

And then I will try the original

It is imperative, most importantly, today do not forget to buy cottage cheese
ESmith
The cottage cheese is bought, the casserole is ready (no raisins, mine do not like it in casseroles).
But from a pack of cottage cheese, it turned out like this:

Delicious, nothing is left of it. She took the last piece and barely had time to take a picture. Next time I will do volume according to the recipe
Antonovka
And I forgot to buy cottage cheese

Len, I did it in a big cartoon, it turned out low, if you want higher, do a double portion!
Antonovka
Crochet,
Exactly, there is never too much casserole The main thing is not to forget to buy cottage cheese again. I left the store, where I went for this product and remembered that I had bought everything except cottage cheese !!!

I also made a casserole according to this recipe, only there was no semolina, I replaced the 3rd table. spoons of flour. It turned out delicious, but rose a little. Like u ESmith on the picture. The cottage cheese was 400 grams, and I put the baking powder + 2 eggs, maybe there is still some secret of the "Lifting" casserole: more flour or eggs. In principle, in recipes for casseroles, I meet semolina everywhere, but it is soaked in kefir or sour cream and swells, but here it seems to be put right away and already swells during baking, from eggs and cottage cheese, which also becomes thinner when heated?

Thanks for the recipe! I do it very often, I never thought that I like cottage cheese casseroles, but it turned out that I do.

Please tell me, is the cottage cheese necessarily fat-free? And what is it, soft or grainy? I have a lot of 9% by weight, I would like to apply it somewhere If the questions are stupid - sorry, I'm still very, very new

And I do for a little MV (TN-10) according to this recipe:
600 BCsoft fat-free cottage cheese (nothing good comes out of cottage cheese grains),
3-4 tablespoons of sugar
1-2 tablespoons of sour cream (20%),
4 tablespoons of semolina,
a handful of raisins (here you can vary the amount of sugar, depending on the amount of raisins).
All! But! Be sure to let it stand for at least 45-60 minutes for the semolina to swell.
Then put in MB greased with vegetable oil. Baking mode 65 minutes. After the signal, do not open the lid for 20-30 minutes. Then the Casserole doesn't fall off.

Lingonberry, boldly make a casserole out of your weight by weight 9%, I assure you, it will turn out even tastier !!!

Low-fat cottage cheese is not at all a prerequisite in any kind of cottage cheese casserole, it is rather a matter of taste, someone's state of health does not allow eating fatty cottage cheese, in general, the reasons may be different ...

Good luck !!!

Of course, fat-free cottage cheese is not a prerequisite. Fatty tworg tastes even better!
But, since I am in a long-term struggle with my own weight, I have to go to all sorts of tricks.

Crochet Thank you! I'll try to rub it through a sieve, or in a blender, I haven't decided yet, and I'll add the rest of the soft one, let's see what happens.
NNV23 I have the same problem (I'm talking about weight), so a casserole for the kids in the evening, and for myself in the morning (if left)

Lingonberry, in a blender it is faster, but I always wipe through a sieve, in my opinion, casseroles and puddings made from curd passed through a sieve are much more tender and airy (IMHO).

But, since I am in a long-term struggle with my own weight, I have to go to all sorts of tricks.
The fight with weight has been suspended, that's enough already, so I overdid it ... But over the long years of that very struggle, I got so used to low-fat and low-fat cottage cheese that now I don't perceive anything else at all ... It doesn't taste good to me ... I use cottage cheese exclusively in fresh, so its quality is very important to me. And the quality of cottage cheese sold with us leaves much to be desiredhhhis ...

It is especially very unpleasant to learn that cottage cheese with a fat content of 1.8% actually has a fat content many times higher, due to the vegetable fats it contains, with which unscrupulous manufacturers replace milk fat.

This is me to the fact that often buying low-fat cottage cheese, we get a fat cottage cheese product ...
