Peasant soup

Ingredients:

Cabbage 300-350 gr
Potatoes 4-5 pcs
Carrot 2 pcs
Parsley root 1 PC
Tomatoes 1 PC
Bulb onions 1 PC
Bay leaf 1 PC
Butter or vegetable oil 1 tbsp. l. oils
Water or broth 1.5 - 2 l
Parsley or dill bunch

Cooking method

  • Coarsely chop the vegetables. Fry parsley, onions, carrots, tomatoes in oil in the "stewing" mode. Add water or broth, potatoes, cabbage, salt, bring to a boil, increasing the temperature until "frying". When it boils, then reduce to "simmering", cover and set the timer for 20 minutes. After the signal, switch to the "heating" mode.

  • When serving, put a spoonful of sour cream, finely chopped parsley or dill in a bowl of soup.
