Shrimp soup

Ingredients:

Water 1.5 liters
Shrimp meat 200 g
Carrot 1 PC
Cauliflower 500 gr.
Parsley root 1 PC
Bulb onions 1 PC
Bay leaf 1 PC
Allspice 2 peas
Black pepper 3 peas
Dill or parsley bundle
Butter or vegetable oil
Salt taste

Cooking method

  • I decided to make the first course in Master-pilaf. The recipe is the simplest and fastest. That's what I did:

  • Put chopped carrots, parsley, onions in the "Master-pilaf" and lightly fry in oil in the "stewing" mode. Fill with water, put in other food, salt, bring to a boil, close the lid and move the regulator to the middle between "quenching" and "heating". Set the timer for 15 minutes. After the signal, switch to "preheat" before pouring into plates. Put finely chopped parsley or dill in a bowl of soup.


  • I took frozen shrimps and cauliflower.


The total cooking time is approximately

15 minutes.
