Ingredients

Pork 500 g
Ham 150 g
Butter or lard 40-50 g
White cabbage 800 g
Bulb onions 1 PC
Apples 200 g
Water or broth 250 ml
Tomatoes 100 g
Salt pepper

Cooking method

  • Place pieces of butter at the bottom of a cold saucepan.
  • Cut the pork into slices, season with salt, sprinkle with pepper and put on butter. On top of the meat, put thinly sliced ​​ham, fresh white cabbage, onions, thinly sliced ​​fresh apples, tomatoes and add water or broth. Salt each layer. Cover the saucepan.
  • Bigus with apples
  • Put the "Master Pilaf" in the "stewing" mode. After about 3-5 minutes, when the bigus boils, turn on the timer for 35 minutes. After the call, move the temperature regulator to the middle between "heating" and "extinguishing" for 10-15 minutes and then turn off the device.
