Olya! An interesting recipe. Just a question (stupid)? Why are vegetables cooked without fish for the first 5 minutes?
Today I saw your recipe late. Prepared fish according to Helen's recipe from the Cuckoo Multicooker Users Club. I liked the recipe. But my husband doesn't know how to eat fish with bones. Cooked cod today. Tell me on what program to cook fish so that it can be eaten with bones? Thank you in advance.

What about bones? You mean to make it convenient to pull out the bones? Until Olya I didn’t answer you, let me tell you as a fisherwoman and a fisherman’s wife. Fillet is the best option for your husband. In marinade recipes, only boneless fillets are always used. If the fish is with bones, then frying, or baking in sour cream, for example. Then the bones are visible and can be easily pulled out.

I don't want to pay for water at the price of fish. This is me about fish fillets. Can I try it in slow cooker mode? What do you think? Just how long to cook, I don't know.

By the way, this is you in vain. Now there is a dry freeze of the same cod, very, very decent.

I still have one more small cod. I want to cook it. Thank you for your help.
Omela
Yes, not at all! If you do it in slow cooker mode, it will be like boiled. I would bake in the oven with a sauce, for example sour cream + white wine + herbs. Although, again, the bones will not go anywhere, but they can be removed. And give the link to see what you have prepared.

Take a look at this link please. 🔗... And if you try to cook it on the multi-cook mode, do you think it will be delicious?
Omela
The link does not open for some reason. I sincerely want to help you, but I do not have much experience myself. I think it will be delicious. Time for cod (from the cooking table) - 4 minutes.

Then let's try this.
I have always loved this kind of fish, but it was not so tasty without Cuckoo.
I had a medium sized cod carcass
2 large onions
2 large carrots
3 tbsp homemade lecho and 2 tsp hot ketchup
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
spice

Peeled and cut the fish as for frying. Sprinkled with salt and left to lie down while cutting the onions into cubes and carrots on a coarse grater.
I switched on "Frying" for 5 minutes, level 3, poured vegetable oil (probably 2-3 spoons) and fried onions for about a minute, put carrots, lecho and ketchup (tomato paste can be used), sazar, salt and fried for another 2-3 minutes, stirring. Disconnected.
I put half of the mixture in a bowl, put the pieces of fish, on it - the set aside mixture from the bowl. Turned on "Multipovar" for 6 minutes, 120 degrees.

I forgot to say that this is a recipe from Helen from the Cuckoo Multicooker Users Club.

Omela! I am touched by your responsiveness, I want to thank you again. This is for you with all my heart.

Thank you! All clear. Basically, the recipe is the same. The whole subtlety in eating fish with bones is to see these very bones when eating and remove them. When you have marinade in your plate (onions, carrots, etc.) from all sides and enter your mouth along with the fish, there is nothing to the bone. Therefore, you need to cook the fish separately, and the marinade for it separately, and put it side by side on a plate. It's safer this way, but of course it can be less tasty. It's my opinion.

zvezda , forgive us for such an extensive dialogue! Clean everything you need afterwards!

Thank you so much for the advice.
