Ingredients

Lentils 1 kg
Potatoes 1200gr.
carrot 3 pcs.
bulb onions 1 head
tomato 500gr.
sweet green pepper 4 things.
fresh cilantro 100gr.
fresh parsley 100gr.
fresh dill 100gr.
green onion 100gr.
garlic 4-7 teeth
sweet paprika 1h l.
turmeric 1h l.
dried basil 1. tsp.
freshly ground coriander 2h l.
freshly ground black pepper 1h l.
Bay leaf 3-4 pcs
drinking water
salt taste
sour cream - I recommend when serving taste

Cooking method

Rinse the lentils and soak for 12 hours, rinse thoroughly before cooking, send them to the cauldron, add water and start cooking, at this time we cook vegetables, clean them, cut them coarsely.
