Ingredients

Milk 3.2% 500 ml
Yolks 4 things
Sugar 170 g
Vanilla sugar 1 sachet
Chocolate chips taste

Cooking method

I am sharing one of the most beloved homemade ice cream recipes in our family. You can cook without an ice cream maker, it turns out great. The recipe is simple, but the ice cream is excellent!
Beat the yolks until smooth with a whisk or blender together with sugar and vanilla sugar. Better until a white mass is obtained. The sugar doesn't have to be dissolved.
Next, combine the resulting mixture with slightly warmed milk.
We put on medium heat and stir constantly (!!!).
When the sugar dissolves and the mass becomes homogeneous, add a little fire and boil it down to a liquid condensed milk. It is important not to overexpose so that the yolks do not curdle. If there is a thermometer, then the temperature should reach about 75-80 degrees. But I do it "by eye", it always works. When the desired consistency is reached (in the video I show what it should be), remove from heat and cool. It can be at room temperature, but I don't like to wait and put it in cool water.
If you don't have an ice cream maker, pour it into a container and put it in the freezer. Stir the ice cream every 30 minutes for 4 hours. If there is an ice cream maker, just load it into the bowl, set the timer for 25-30 minutes. Add chocolate chips (fruits / berries) 5 minutes before cooking. I have confectionery chocolate "drops". Or you can just chop the chocolate bar into small pieces.
We pour it into molds and send it to the freezer for at least 4 hours. In principle, after the ice cream maker, you can already take a sample (for those who like soft ice cream). All the best!
