Ingredients

For the basics:
Chocolate cookies 200 g
Butter 50 g
Coffee 2-3 st. l
For the jelly layer:
Cherry puree 250 ml
Apricot or peach puree 250 ml
Low fat yoghurt 250 ml
Sugar taste
Gelatin 30 g
Water 150 ml
The form 18-20 cm

Grind the cookies. Pour in melted butter. Mix.

Pour in coffee and stir again.

Put the form on a plate. Lay the sides with tape. Put the mass into a mold, distribute evenly and press well. Put in the cold.
Pour gelatin in 10 grams in three containers. Pour 50 ml of water over each part of the gelatin and let it swell.
For mashed potatoes, break through fruits or berries with a blender and grind through a sieve.

Pour sugar into the cherry puree and bring the mixture to a boil and dissolve the sugar. Remove from heat and immediately add the swollen gelatin. Stir until dissolved.

Beat the mixture for 7-10 minutes until the volume increases and lightens.

Pour the whipped cherry jelly into the mold over the base. And remove in the cold until it solidifies slightly.

While the first layer is set, prepare the apricot layer in the same way.

Pour the whipped apricot jelly into a mold on the cherry layer and remove in the cold.

For the third layer, add sugar to the yogurt and stir. Melt the gelatin and pour into the yogurt while stirring in a thin stream. Beat the mixture until the volume increases and pour over the apricot layer.
Remove the cake in the cold until it solidifies completely. Free the finished cake from the form and tape. Decorate. Have a nice tea!

Note

To make it easier to remove the tape, I warm it up a little with a hairdryer and it comes off well and clean.
