Tatar pie with dried apricots (+ video)

Ingredients

Opara
Milk 125ml
Flour 2st. l.
Sugar 1 tbsp. l.
Fresh yeast 15g
Dough
Flour 250g
Egg 1 PC
Sugar 2 tbsp. l.
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp. l.
Salt pinch
Filling
Dried apricots 300g
Streisel
Flour 1 tbsp. l.
Sugar 1 tbsp. l.
Vegetable oil 1 tsp

Cooking method

For dough, stir sugar, flour and yeast in warm milk and cover for 15 minutes.
Rinse dried apricots and pour boiling water for half an hour.
Mix egg with sugar and salt, pour over flour. Add vegetable oil and dough and knead the dough well. Cover with foil and remove for fermentation for 1.5-2 hours.
Drain dried apricots and scroll through a meat grinder. Add sugar to taste and stir.
Knead the matched dough. Separate a small piece for decoration. Roll the rest of the dough into a cake and put in a greased dish, washing with a diameter of 26 cm. Lay out the filling in an even layer. Cut the remaining dough into strips and place on the pie in the form of a wire rack. Let it stand for about an hour.
Mix the flour, sugar and butter into the streusel crumbs. Sprinkle over the cake and place in the oven at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

Note

Lush, soft, very tasty pie, like any other Tatar pies. An excellent dough that suits any filling, sweet or not sweet.

Girls, I baked a pie - it's so yummy Soft, the dough is very tasty, the filling is sweet and sour, not cloying at all. I cut off a piece for myself, and the children took the rest - I did not even have time to take a photo.I cooked strictly according to the recipe, there was a desire to add a little flour, because the mixture is unusual for yeast dough, but I did not do this and I do not advise you. I'll bake it again on Tuesday and oooooooo I advise you to cook it
