Cooking method

We need eggs, plain corrugated paper, not floristic, rubber gloves. For boiling eggs, water, salt, dishes. Newspaper, so as not to smear the table.

Experienced needlewomen always leave leftovers of something that might come in handy. And from the point of view of others, just rubbish. So I put the corrugated paper scraps in a box just in case. So I won't cut the new one, but I will take these scraps.

This is how I divided them into colors. We need a stick with water for the coloring process, and a spoon with holes for catching eggs. Everyone knows how to cook eggs, so I will not dwell on this point. Let me just remind you that it is better to add salt to the water, then the eggs will not burst during cooking. By experience, I have found that it is optimal to cook 6 pieces. The temperature will be the most suitable, but you yourself can determine how much is convenient for you to paint. On very hot, the paint will not give beautiful streaks, on already slightly warm it will spread in streams.

After boiling the eggs, fill them with cold water and take them out, one at a time, from the dishes.

We moisten the paper of the desired color in a separate bowl and ...

We begin to dig through the shell. You can even squeeze the paper out from the top. The intensity of the color depends on the color of the paper, the degree of wetting and the pressure applied.

And thus, we use all the colors that you have in stock.

Some paint better ...

Some are worse ... But you can walk several times ...

The yellow ones are pale ... But from the pink ones, I could not get anything decent. But it may depend on the manufacturer.

This is lilac paper, in a few passes it turned out quite a decent color.

Now remember that in photos 2 and 3 gloves appear. Smart people put them on before starting the process. Tanya, from year to year, steps on the same rake ... Maybe she would not, but her brain completely turns off information about gloves until all the eggs are colored. You can wash your fingers with a very simple means available to every craftswoman. This is dishwashing. In the worst cases, wash the dishes twice. But it's better not to forget about gloves.

I propose to paint eggs for the holiday in a very affordable way. Almost every needlewoman with children has materials.
I have been painting this way since 2013.
Why did I choose this method instead of just buying a ready-made kit? Yes, because somehow I came across a set with very pale flowers ... And the paint often penetrated through the shell and somehow I didn't really want to use such eggs. Who knows what, in fact, is included in the paint.
I hope that the paper used in children's art is somehow more seriously tested for safety.
