Cooking method

"Delicious, infection!" said my husband somewhere in the middle of the meal. The rest of the time he ate in silence. Good sign!
Today I decided to post my recipe for fish hodgepodge. It has been reworked from many popular recipes. It so happens that I always simplify dishes. Either from laziness, or from harm of character).
And now I'm squeezing out calories!
If the authentic taste of the dish is very important for you (I will even say the canonical one), then my hodgepodge is completely different!
It is light, sour, without excess fat!
Let's get started!

I took 1 salmon steak, salmon trimmings, 1 perch fillet. I cooked the broth in 4 liters of water.

Strain the broth through a sieve.
Put potatoes, chopped onions and carrots into the broth (I rub on a medium grater).

I really love the olives hodgepodge. There were no supplies this time. Let's restrict ourselves to pickled cucumbers.

Here I have a mistake! I should have chopped smaller! Still, olives are much softer!
Put the cucumbers in a well-coated pan WITHOUT OIL! Add some brine, boil everything together. Send to the hodgepodge.

I have a delicious homemade tomato sauce at my disposal today.

Boil the sauce and pour into the hodgepodge.

When the hodgepodge is almost ready, we send the fish in pieces.

A couple more minutes on the fire, bring to taste, serve 10 minutes after turning off the heat.
That's all! I cook the broth in a slow cooker in advance, and the dish itself is cooked for about 30 minutes.

A minimum of dirty dishes. Minimum calories. Maximum fun!

Note

1. Bay leaf, pepper, spices - everything to your taste (I have run out of lavrushka, I can't buy it).
2. Instead of cucumbers, I prefer olives or olives in rings, along with brine, add to the hodgepodge.
3. In the finished dish, only fat from fish, nothing superfluous.
4. I grew up with my grandmother in the village. We always have potatoes in soup. Pusher right in the pan. And I always do that. The broth becomes less transparent, but that is not so important!
5. I like to thicken this soup with potatoes!

kavmins
delicious dish, I also love it with potatoes)

kavmins, and besides, you can put it a little) just, if such a hodgepodge, and even without potatoes, you don't eat at all, then you throw unnecessary calories on top))
