Ingredients

Dry mushrooms 30 g
Potato 1 PC.
Carrot 0.5 pcs.
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l
Bulb onions 1 PC.
Sugar 0.5 tsp
Oyster mushrooms 300 g
Pickles 2 pcs.
Soy sauce (of course, you can do without it. But it tastes better with it ...) 1 dec. l
Tomato paste 1 tbsp. l
Olives or olives 0.5 jars
Lemon taste
Greens, garlic, pepper, bay leaf taste

Cooking method

Soak dry mushrooms with inechera or, if that's enough, pour boiling water for half an hour, naretake.
You can cook right away in a thick-grated pan, only diced potatoes, boil one in a separate bowl in a little water (I cooked in the microwave).
Cut the onion into quarters and fry in oil (of course, I fried in fat). The onion will become transparent - sprinkle it with sugar, add carrots grated on a coarse grater and coarsely chopped oyster mushrooms. When a few are fried, add the cucumbers peeled and cut into oblong slices (I had canned zucchini ...), after five minutes - soy sauce and tomato paste. Simmer for another five minutes, pour boiling water, add olives or olives, bay leaf and lemon, thinly sliced ​​into quarters, along with the brine. Season with salt and pepper. Add boiled potatoes along with water. Boil - turn off, add herbs and garlic to the pan. Serve with sour cream, do not spare the herbs.

Although I also think that this is not a hodgepodge, rather "salt". But it seemed to me very tasty. Because, probably, dry mushrooms are delicious in themselves ... And also olives, lemon ...
Next time I will certainly add champignons !!
I slightly simplified the recipe: the author suggested to dirty the frying pan ...
