Got an electric groats mill with Ali. Thanks to the one who gave the link to it. It really is a thing! It can grind up to 700g of cereals. I tried to grind 100g of rice, turned it on for 20 seconds and everything was already ground. For the sake of interest, I sifted, literally 10 g of not completely milled rice remained in the sieve (it was ground, but did not pass into the mesh of the sieve). The flour turned out to be small, but here I think you can already select the desired grind by typing. Now you don't have to buy flour from different cereals, but grind it yourself in the right amount. What else pleased me was that the kit included additional parts - all sets of knives, a brush, gaskets, washers, those consumables. And a small sieve. That is, everything you need to work. Well, the price made me happy, I took it for 3887 rubles, now the truth on the site is a little more expensive. And given the fact that many have pasta machines, this mill at home will be very useful. No need to look for rice, buckwheat flour, but you can just grind it at home. I took here

The seller writes that she can grind any dry products, and if it is necessary to grind nuts, then grind impulsively.

Marina, congratulations, she is wonderful, I bought one right away on the recommendation of Lena Kubanochka, although I was monitoring the price then, but it cost even more for the stock than it is now. Then I managed to throw cane refined sugar, my daughter urgently needed sugar - you can't do that! a piece fell under the knife and it started to smoke, although I immediately pulled it out of the network, removed it and was afraid to get it, suddenly I didn't touch the poor fellow for half a year, I made corn flour recently, I also love this mill

Svetlana, I bought this mill for cereals, it will be more reliable than different coffee grinders. At home we like buckwheat pancakes, and now also pasta with buckwheat flour. Buckwheat and rice are always in stores, and the necessary flour is not always and not everywhere. This is where the mill comes in handy.

Now I don't buy whole grain flour either, I make it myself, only I have a different mill, a millstone attachment to the electric meat grinder. I even bought barley groats for this business, otherwise we don't eat pearl barley at all, and so I will mix flour from a yachka with ordinary flour in bread and macaroons.

Marpl, and on yours you can grind peas? According to my instructions, dry peas are prohibited.

barley grits
good idea, you should try to do it too
Marpl
Galina, I just received it, so while I looked only at the photo from the seller. There in the photo there is also corn in grains, beans, which means that the peas must be ground. The description is somewhat clumsy, but there is something about medicinal herbs, pearls, spices and cereals. In theory, it should grind everything, but the prod warns that everything should be dry.

Marina, congratulations on the mill! Let the assistant please! Great price)
I am also very happy that I bought it, I took it mainly for buckwheat pancakes, we love them very much. And with a pasta machine, all the more, a good use was found, it is convenient to grind the dough residues in it; and prepared the flour, while the eggs were cheap - mix the dough in the elephant until crumbled, then dry and grind it in the oven. I added salt and sugar, I took lemon with soda to some part - I took it to my mother, in winter it will be enough to add water and bread or pancakes are ready, otherwise it’s lazy to cook for myself alone, and it’s hard ...
It turned out especially tasty on some yolks)))
It is more convenient to pour the crumbs onto a Teflon mat - and as soon as the previous batch is dry, I immediately pour it into a large basin, and the next rugs on the baking sheets.
Dried at a temperature of about 50-70 2-3 baking sheets at once. To the student's son, pancake flour immediately with all sorts of additives: lemon-soda, cinnamon, salt-sugar dough on the yolks - and takes up little space, sending is convenient and satisfying!

Marpl, tell us, half a year has already passed and during this time you have accumulated experience with the mill. I am interested in the question of whether it is possible to grind peas, beans, and tough cereals and what quality of flour is obtained. Share with us your impressions of working with the mill.
