Nozzles


Fine grater. Suitable for chopping and grating hard cheese (eg parmesan), chocolate, dry bread or rusks, hazelnuts, walnuts, almonds or coconut, as well as for making mashed potatoes.
Medium grater. Suitable for carrots, courgettes, hard cheese, chocolate and coconuts.
Coarse grater. Suitable for carrots, courgettes, potatoes, peppers, hard cheese and chocolate.
Shredder for cutting thin, smooth slices. Suitable for slicing: carrots, zucchini, potatoes, cucumbers, peppers, onions, turnips, cabbage, apples and hard cheese.

Preparation for work and use


Wash the pusher, cutter block and knives and dry them. Wipe the motor unit with a damp cloth.
  • Attach the blade unit to the motor unit. Place the spindle of the knife block into the hole on the motor block and then turn the knife block counterclockwise until it locks in place.
  • Place the knife in the knife compartment and turn clockwise until it locks into place.
  • Place a container for chopped food under the cutter block. Place food in the feed slot.
  • Connect the grater to the power supply. To turn on the motor, press the start button on the motor unit. Release the button to turn off the motor.
  • Push the food down with the pusher using a little force.
  • When finished, release the start button and disconnect the grater from the power supply.
Attention! The graters are made of high quality stainless steel and do not require sharpening.

Tips and Limitations


  • Turn on the grater first, then serve the food. If you put food in the first place, then when you turn on the grater, they can get stuck in it.
  • If food gets stuck in the grater, turn it off immediately and remove the cause of the blockage.
  • Only push food with the pusher. Do not use foreign objects or your own fingers for this to avoid injury.
  • Continuous operation time is no more than 10 minutes. After this time, the grater should be allowed to cool for 10 minutes before reuse.
  • Do not use a grater on beans or frozen foods.

Cleaning, care and storage

Wash the grater immediately after use.
Remove the knife from the knife block. Then remove the push rod and detach the blade unit by turning it clockwise.
Wash the pusher, blade block and knives in warm water with soap or kitchen detergents. Do not use aggressive or abrasive detergents. Do not use a dishwasher for washing. Be careful when washing the knives to avoid injury. Wipe the knives dry after washing to prevent corrosion.
Wipe the motor unit with a dry or damp cloth. Do not wash the motor unit under running water.
Some foods, such as carrots, can stain the plastic parts of the cabinet. To remove stains, wipe them with a cloth or tissue soaked in edible oil, then wash as usual.
Store the assembled grater in a cool, dry place out of the reach of children.
