Cherry crumble

Ingredients

Butter 50g
Sugar 50g
Flour 50g
Almond flour 50g
Frozen cherries 150g
Brown sugar 50g
Corn starch 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

In a bowl, combine sugar, flour and chilled butter, diced or grated. Rub the mass into crumbs with your hands.
Without defrosting, put the cherries in the molds, filling them by two-thirds. Sprinkle the berries with sugar evenly (about 1 level tablespoon per mold). And some cornstarch to thicken the juice a little
Spread a layer of crumbs evenly on top of the cherries.
I baked in a Rawmid Modern RMA-12 air fryer in the “baking” mode. I did not change the temperature and time, everything turned out perfectly. The crust is golden and super crispy!
Serve the crumble warm, add a scoop of vanilla ice cream
