Welta
Girls, did anyone make mashed soups in TM? How do you do it and which ones? Please share your recipes. I have my favorite tomato puree soup

Welta, I often cook from zucchini or pumpkin. I threw onions, garlic, chopped, and sauté a little in vegetable oil, then zucchini in chunks, 1 potato, parsley, or herbs, boiling water, and cook at speed 1 for 15-20 minutes, temperature 105. Then at speed 8-10 I chop 1 minute. You can cream at the end and boil

Thank you very much! For me, the biggest problem is choosing the speed at which to grind something (in the case, of course, when the recipe is not from a Book or a chip). And I will repeat my question: why should we use boiling water? There are no such guidelines in my basic book

Why use boiling water?
I pour it to get ready faster, plus everything inside is already hotter so that the temperature is the same

Clear. I thought that such a recommendation is given in the basic book published for Russia. Thank you, julia_bb
