Sorbetto di pere con grappa

Pear sorbet with vodka
For 6 people
800g frozen pears, cut into pieces
100g sugar
Juice of 1 lemon
Vodka of your choice
Preparation
Remove the pear pieces from the freezer 10 minutes before cooking
Grind sugar into powder for 10 sec. On Turbo. Combine pears with lemon juice and chop for 3 sec. On Turbo. And 1 minute at 7 speeds.
Serve a bowl with vodka
