The recipe itself:
Cupcake Minute
4 eggs,
300 g icing sugar !!,
200 g sifted flour
125 ml cold water !!,
6 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil
1 pack. vanilla sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
100 g finely crushed walnuts.

Mix all the ingredients in a blender for 7 minutes !!! Pour the dough into a greased dish and bake (in the oven at T 160 g for 1 hour). Willingness to check with a match.

I first grind the nuts and spread them. Then powdered sugar. I pour milk instead of water, add a little salt. And everything else. I turn on the speed 3-4 and knead, then add nuts, raisins, etc. Recently I discovered a box of "Visit" sweets, which had expired a couple of weeks like. I ground them into TM. A total of 400 g in a box. Divided in half and added to this composition. Amazing cupcake turned out.
I bake, however, in a multicooker, but you can also in the oven.

And I wonder if you can pour the dough into small molds? And how much should you bake then?

Sure you may. How much to bake - I will not say. I have a gas oven, and I need to set the temperature higher in it than in an electric one. I adjust, observe and try for readiness with a toothpick.
