The recipe is as follows:
300 g sl. butter from the freezer in pieces and 500 g of flour at a speed of 2 to 9 for a few seconds. The butter and flour rubbed very well.
Add 1 egg, 200 ml of cold milk 0.5% (I have 100 ml of milk 3.5% and 100 ml of water), 1 tsp. lemon juice, 0.75 tsp salt (according to the recipe 0.25 tsp salt - it seemed to me that there would be little)
Another recipe for 1 tbsp. l. sugar, but I did not add.
4 min / spikelet.
Then divide the dough into 8 parts and put in a foil or bag for 20 minutes in the freezer.

The dough turned out not even flaky Loose. Well, that's right, where will the layers come from. But the whole family (except for the husband) really liked the samsa. He also liked it, but it's just that the traditional dough for samsa is not at all like that
But today I made cookies from the leftovers, smeared their top with lemon sugar, which, by the way, I also made in TM. It turned out tasty

We didn't call it "lemon sugar". It was simple for us - sugar and lemon. But the essence remains the same.
I cut the lemons so that they would be pitted. In my lemons under the skin, the white layer was not bitter, so I left it. Otherwise I would have to get rid of it. Weighed the lemons in TM, at a speed of 9 turned them into gruel, then added sugar 1: 1.5 (1: 2 is possible). And on sk. 3-4 mixed well for a couple of minutes, so that the sugar began to dissolve. Then she put it in a jar and left it on the table for 1-2 days, until a clear juice appeared from below. I put it in the refrigerator.
We have always done this, since Soviet times, when it was tight with lemons and bought a lot if they were attacked. They also cut the lemon into slices and sprinkled it with sugar, but in this case, the juice was eaten quickly, and the lemon slices remained dry
