Minced meat for cutlets.
This is not from a book, I just bought minced chicken and decided to mix the rest of the ingredients in a thermomix.
1. Throw in the onion, chop for a few seconds.
2. We throw everything else, as we are used to, and minced meat. Intermittently press the turbo button a couple of times to mix. If you need minced air, then beat at 4-5 speeds, you can even higher.
3. I beat hard, it turned out minced meat (I added one egg), formed cutlets and put them in a double boiler!

(+): - chopping onions (I really do not like to add onions to minced meat, because cut very coarsely with a knife, a grater is generally a mockery, and a meat grinder is too lazy to get dirty because of one onion);
- in a couple of seconds we get a well-mixed minced meat.
