Meat soup with celery. (Recipe from the book)

150-250 g onions + 100-150 gr. carrots - cut into pieces and chop, throwing on Knives: 5-10 sec. / sq. 4. Lay out.

300-500 g lean beef - cut into small pieces and place in the Bowl.

30-40 gr. vegetable oil (I take creamy)add to Bowl, set Butterfly: 10 min. / 100 degrees / sec. 1.5 (I increase the time to 15 minutes, this makes the beef softer)

Add chopped onions and carrots to the Bowl: 10 min. / 100 degrees / CK. 1.5. Remove the Butterfly.

150-200 gr. celery stalks with leaves - cut and add to the Bowl: 5 minutes / 100 degrees / sq. 1.5

250-350 gr. potatoes - cut into cubes and add to the Bowl.

1.2 liters of boiling water, salt to taste, ground pepper - add to the Bowl: 10-15 min. / 100 g / sq. one

Recipe note from the book: "This soup is low in calories. (well, of course, if you don't replace vegetable oil with butter), contains vitamins C, B, PP, provitamin A.
