I warmed up a large frying pan, unfortunately, the meat did not fit into the grill.

Fried in a dry frying pan on all sides until golden brown.

Wrapped it in foil and put it in the grill bowl. The grill was not preheated. Turned on Bake, T-180 degrees, 20 minutes. I stuck a temperature probe into the middle of a piece.
After 20 minutes, the temperature inside the piece was 56 degrees. I pulled the meat out of the grill and left it to rest in the foil for 15-20 minutes. The temperature rose to 65 degrees.

Cvetaal, it's good that my husband does not see this, otherwise he would have already bothered that the grill should be
The meat is beyond praise !!!
I put a save on the general topic, until here it allows me to express my gratitude again

that my husband doesn’t see this, otherwise he would be annoying that we need to grill
I’ll find a way to lead him to this common sense! Please note that everyone who has a grill only cooks in it! I'm just exhausted that he is in the country, and I am in the city.
Cvetaal, Svetochka, you are just a sorceress, you make my dreams come true! From the moment of ordering, I was thinking about roast beef. thanks for the great way to grill it!
Cvetaal
Lerele, thank you, Irina! Well, the roast beef and the pan will do just fine, the Bake mode is 180 degrees, that's all.

Rada-dms, Olga,

So I cooked in the grill only because the tenderloin was too long, and I sealed it in general on a huge Korean frying pan the size of a standard hob. I didn't want to half.

I just absolutely do not want to YET
The electricity bill still stops me, I pay without a few 100 euros anyway, I will generally have a grill
Well, I already wrote, I see fat in the grill, so it seems to me that all food is fat, such cockroaches are in my head

I think all food is greasy
I am ashamed to ask: "Where did you see the fat there?" The principle of operation is the same - the fan is in the lid, all the fat-juices flow into the pan-sump in the same way as in the pan. The only difference is in temperature and usable area. You can put something larger into the grill. But, of course, the pot is more functional due to the pressure cooker. At first I wanted to buy a grill, but I bought the pan first, thanks to Lena. And then she and Olya said their weighty word about the grill, and the discount came in time ... I'm happy with all three ninjas

Cvetaal, what a gorgeous Roast beef, I just want a piece for the night)))
Cvetaal
Nadenka, thank you, dear! : rose: It turned out juicy, although I was afraid that I overexposed it.

Cvetaalwhere, where, look at my sausages, they ooze with fat, and a lot of it.
The chicken is also not lean, although beautiful. And I SEE this fat. And you fry, get wet and you can't see your head like I understand, but she doesn't let you enjoy this beautiful fatty meal.
I either cook or steam sausages for myself, steamed cutlets too. I'm in the kitchen machine, quickly put everything into the double boiler, and it's done. Now I want to adjust our saucepan, in a crispy saucepan for steam it will quickly be under pressure.

Your meat is gorgeous not fat, I would now have a couple of pieces ...

Help yourself. Well this is a clipping, it is fat-free, I just cut the film.
