Cream cheese 250 g
Powdered sugar 70 g
Instant coffee 6-8 g

Cooking method

The first step is to fry the nuts. Cool and grind with a blender.

For a mold diameter of 16 cm, 10 cakes are obtained. I made 8 cakes by 19 cm. Decorated with cheese cream. And chocolate drops.
