Baking probably. I think that you can make such a cupcake in the oven.

Hope, I came across baked goods here in Steba, the girls bake on the "porridge" mode.
Trishka
Galina, thanks for the recipe, now you won't get lost!

Now I'm wondering ... the dish is designed for 500g, but where did the rest of the grams go or dry out like that in 2.5 hours

I'm wondering ... the dish is designed for 500g,
All, I'm not sure if the weight is 500g, I didn't weigh it yesterday, I didn't have time. Today I threw the rest on the scales in order to write at least something, which way out. I figured, well, it seems like it will be 500g .. Okay, I'll change it now, I'll write that 12 portioned pieces are obtained, as in the recipe, so that there are no misunderstandings ..

In my staff, I bake both biscuit and bread on the languishing mode. There I set the temperature and time myself. And in a slow oven it bakes for 2.5 hours ... Probably it is necessary to select both the time and temperature to bake. In general, somehow it so happened that I never baked cupcakes, but I want to ... And then there's also a fancy one ...
Ilmirushka
Hope, I am a complete layman in this matter, with me help, like ... no, in short
If I bake something, then in a Panasonic.
brendabaker
gawala,
Gal, thank you for pouring
It's so good that this gorgeous recipe was created for a slow cooker, you don't need to stir up, get nervous.
I wrote words to myself in a notebook to get lost.

Thank you Galya, a good recipe. Everything is clear and accessible. Left to do.

so I only bake in it.
Hope, there is the possibility that you set both the time and the temperature yourself. So, if the recipe says 170 degrees 30 minutes, then I do it.

Galina, and what is the weight of the baking powder bag? And then I use homemade, hang up lope in grams?
gawala

16gr.

Gal, great recipe! And what size is the cake (I figure out which form to take)? Well, diameter, height in the end.
gawala

Well, diameter, height in the end.
The oval bowl of the slow cooker is 21 cm long and 16 cm wide.
As a result, I did not measure, it seems there is nothing to doAnd the height of the finished cake is 5cm.

gawala, Galina, thanks, I'm writing it down, I'll try.
It is probably necessary to reduce only by two liters in order to observe the proportions.
brendabaker
marina-mm,
I, most likely, will do half the dose in a half. Kit 205 has a circular shape.

Galina, thanks for the recipe! Here is my result

Breville Slow Cooker Chocolate Cake 3.5L

I did it in a Russell Hobbs slow cooker on mode 2, the time was 3 h 20 m. I did it on the basis of one egg, mixed cocoa with flour, poured water into a beaten egg, put only white sugar, brown ended. It turned out to be moist, moderately sweet, I think it looks like Brownie.

I baked in a water bath, poured a liter of water between the pots, in this design

The humidity will go away the next day, but it will not be dry, but not humid either. Moderately everything.

Wow .. how smart you have it. Unfinished at all. I mixed everything, poured it out and sleep-rest for almost 2 hours ..
Irinap
Yes, the cake is richly chocolatey. That's just for me. I recently discovered that I really like chocolate chip cookies. And in this cupcake there is just enough cocoa - no more and no less.
brendabaker
gawala,
Try baking your Easter cakes in paper tins.
And in general, in one and a half-scale, apparently you can bake a cake

brendabaker, Oksana, a tall handsome man turned out.
And my 206 was busy, then I'm busy until it worked out. I have a silicone mold for cake, Khorsovskaya, good in size, for the whole pot, can I try it in it? Or paper is better?

Why do you need some form ..? There is paper, why be wise? I covered the bowl with paper and I don’t want peki ..
They come up with it. the wheel is invented ..

Galya, and a towel for the entire baking time?
For collecting condensate?
I'm baking your cupcake now, a quarter of a portion, in MAMAN, because Kit205 is with my mother, but I will definitely bake in it, like Oksana - half a portion.
You just need to take the scales next time, otherwise I, as always. by eye, about, and the dough is liquid, it would be just for muffin molds, but for a bowl you need a thicker dough, I don't have a dome, a flat roof, but it smells, after an hour and a half on high, buttery-chocolate, because I put more cocoa and homemade butter.

How thick did you make the dough?
gawala
Quote: Irgata

Yes. Yes.

Quote: Irgata
What was the density of your dough?
Not thick, but not liquid either.
Quote: Irgata

NO, my eye is very bad, so only the scales.
Irgata
Quote: gawala

hmm .. I also have such a nice little dough.
Well, okay, cho ... I'll take the scales, like normal cooks.
It's been 2 hours since MAMAN has finished my tipokex, the height is exactly a match, and it just got a little chocolate stained.
The top of the cake is springy.
Oksana's dome is so plump, it even cracked a little.

I decided to hold it for another half hour, and then how long it will stand on cooling.

gawala
Well, why teach you, as the match came out dry, then ready. I was 2.5 hours a lot. The sides began to burn.

Quote: Irgata
then how long it will stand on cooling.
Take it out and let it cool in the air, why keep it slow .. It will still get damp ..
Irgata
Quote: gawala
and let it cool in the air, why keep it slow
exactly.
I took it out on paper, wet, but light.
Pure brownie in appearance.
Cool - two hours and the cupcake is ready

I began to remove the parchment from the cake, and at the bottom it was denser and fried, the bottom was generally crusty.
Still, the dough should be thicker.
And so - very chocolate, let it cool down completely. Butter baked goods only get better from aging.
Current it is falling apart ...

Probably all the same, the dough was initially thin .. But tasty? And this is the most important thing.

Quote: Irgata

that's for sure. The next day it tastes even better, the third still, and the fourth it is gone ..
Irgata
Now I went from the street, we walked a bit with the Gavrikas - in the house there is a persistent smell of burnt chocolate cake
MAMAN is a hot lady from the bottom, if there is a stove in it, put the silicone circle on the bottom.
Oksana's kit205 is great.

And here we are with a cupcake Breville Slow Cooker Chocolate Cake 3.5L
I baked in 205, all according to the recipe, except for the baking powder - I poured 10 grams per half portion, and that's right - it turned out fluffy and dry. Already now I saw that I needed a towel under the lid, but everything was going fine for me, I didn't even remember ... condensation was not observed, the lid was dry, the bottom and walls were laid with paper, for which I pulled out Thank you, Checkmark, the recipe came , as they say, to the yard
