Ingredients

milk 750 ml.
yolk 4 things.
sugar 70 g
rum 20 ml.
brandy 20 ml.
White chocolate 90 g
fat cream
nutmeg taste
vanilla taste

Cooking method

This is not quite a classic option. Previously, egg shakes (eg egg) were prepared from raw eggs. Whipped raw proteins were also added. A safer option is being prepared now.
This is delicious. It looks like melted ice cream. Alcohol is not felt at all, because we pour it into the hot mass and it has time to evaporate. A slight aftertaste remains. It is very tasty to mix cream with a cocktail right in a glass and drink it all together. Recommend!
