  • Cooking is not difficult. The main thing is to do it with love for your loved ones!

Note

Very tender, juicy and tasty fish turned out. The author says that the fish is baked longer and it tastes like smoked fish. I haven't caught any "smoked" taste. Recommend!

Angela, beautiful and appetizing fish! Thank you!
I think that pink salmon will suit your recipe, it is rather dry in itself.
Today I have salmon cutlets and salted coho salmon.

Marina, you have a great menu. If you make it out of pink salmon, then share it)

Angela, from pink salmon it is interesting to try, but this is now only for the butter dish. I'll cook it, share my impressions.
And there are so many fish now and even live: sturgeon, trout, salmon, lampreys swim. Salmon for 900 rubles, but did not impress. I didn't even look at the river.
