Red cabbage, apple and tangerine salad

Ingredients

red cabbage 200 g
apple green Granny Smith 1 PC.
mandarin 1 PC.
orange juice taste
soy sauce 1 tbsp. l.
salt taste
ground black pepper taste
sesame seeds optional

Cooking method

  • Chop the cabbage with a knife or chop it on a coarse grater.
  • Peel and cut the apple into small cubes.
  • Peel the tangerine and cut into small pieces, removing the seeds.
  • Combine orange juice, soy sauce, salt and pepper until smooth. Adjust the sauce for salt if using sweet soy sauce.
  • Add cabbage, apple, tangerine to a bowl and mix well.
  • Sprinkle sesame seeds on the salad before serving.
