Milk 0,5 l
Bulb onions 2 pcs.
Red bell pepper (I have frozen) 1 PC.

For the sauce:
Any tomato sauce (I have Dolmio sauce) 6 tbsp. l.
Olive oil 4 tbsp. l.
Garlic 2 tooth.
Grain mustard 1 tbsp. l.
Sugar 0.5 tsp
Paprika 0.5 tsp
Ground black pepper pinch
For salting fresh-frozen herring, to get 6 pieces of fillet:
Herring 3 pcs.
Dry mix of salt and sugar ~3:1

Cooking method

As much as fits in the gills on both sides. Then we take a tight package and send our herrings there. Sprinkle the herring generously with a dry mixture. Sprinkle so that all the fish is covered. Shake the bag well to distribute it evenly throughout the fish. Press lightly with your hand so that the dry mixture sticks to the carcass. I had 4 large carcasses (I salted one for the "Fur coat" salad), it took me a little more than 10 tbsp of dry mixture. l with a good slide. Now we tightly tie the bag and wrap it tightly in another bag. We send to the cold for 3 days. We turn the bag over every day.
