Potato-hop starter (any starter culture) 60g
Water 40g
Flour 100g
DOUGH:
All dough
Water 180g
Wheat flour 240g
Rye flour 40g
Flour krupkatka (MankaT) 10g
Salt 10g

Cooking method

  • Sourdough gray loaves (potato-hop starter)
    Sourdough gray loaves (potato-hop starter)Mix the dough with water, add all the flour, knead soft dough, 5 minutes before the end of kneading, add salt to the dough.
