Cooking method

  • The recipe is not a recipe, I just share the delicious resulting dish! I do not deliberately give the proportions of ingredients, everything to my taste and the number of eaters, as well as to their appetite
  • So:
  • pickled chicken wings cut in half for 30 minutes.
  • Then in a frying pan of vegetable oil a good dose, then in layers: shredded potatoes, shredded carrots, a layer of onion rings, lightly sprinkled with pinches with seasonings and salt.
  • And only then he laid out the wings. A layer of potatoes is again on top and the remains of carrots are above.
  • A little more seasoned with sunflower oil on top, added 100-150 ml of water.
  • For 50 minutes in the oven at 200 ° with the lid on. A little later he removed the lid and left it to languish for another 10 minutes.
  • Now I tried it - everything floated in my eyes, delicious !!!
