  • My cottage cheese is well weighed, so that the mass is crumbly. Do not worry, there will be no difficulties when sculpting. Leave for 10-15 minutes until the semolina swells.
  • My cheesecakes are easy to mold. No need to wet your hands. Lightly bread the cheesecakes in flour and fry in preheated oil over medium heat until golden brown. We spread it on a paper towel to absorb excess fat, but I should note that it is for these syrniki that this is an optional step. They don't absorb much.
  • Serve with jam, sour cream, condensed milk and other things that your family loves to eat with.
