A la Greek salad with soy sauce

Ingredients

Lettuce leaves 0.5 bundle
Bulb onions 1 PC
Medium cucumber 2 pcs
Red sweet pepper 1 PC
Large tomato 1-2 pcs
Fetaxa cheese 1pack / 200g
soy sauce 2 tbsp. l.
vegetable oil 3 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • In a bowl, combine vegetable oil and soy sauce, stir. Cut the onion into half rings, put in a bowl and pour over the sauce. Tear lettuce leaves with your hands, put on a dish. Top with layers of tomatoes, cucumbers, peeled and diced sweet peppers and cheese, cut into thin enough slices. Finish with the onion. Pour the remaining soy sauce and butter over the salad.
